What is there not to love about warm south western United States weather and good company??? With our bags staying packed and Emerald City Band better than ever we boarded our next flight to the boarder town of Laredo, Tx. Even in Febuary it was 70 degrees and we were set to play a very breath taking private event at the Laredo Country Club. Even though we were only in town for a night and heading back to Ft.Worth the next day to perform a wedding we hydrated and so ready to start February off with a bang!

Entering the lovely Laredo Country Club gave us chills. The stage was magnificent, the decor superb, and energy in the room had us wanting to perform that very second. As everybody finished their five star dinner we were even joined by a guest Opra performance from one of the gentlemen who sat on the board of the event in a true Laredo style welcoming for the party that was about to start…

There were Moms, Dads, Aunts, Uncles, Grandmas and Grandpas on the dance floor ALL NIGHT LONG singing every word and dancing as if choreographed for this one amazing night! Laredo we put our hands together and salute you for the smiles, dance moves, and great memories etched into our brains here at Emerald City Band.
