Join Uptown Dallas Inc. for their 5th Annual Uptown Block Party featuring a free concert from Emerald City with food, music, a market, and much much more on Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 5:30-10:00 PM along the streets of CityPlace West Blvd in West Village.
